Return Process

  Ensure all items are in original, unused condition with tags attached and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
