What is the standard delivery time for bikes?
Most bikes and large equipment are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes are 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the tags are removed.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we offer virtual fitting consultations to help you choose the right frame size. If you are local to Hillcrest, you can also book an in-person session at our service center.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Klarna and Affirm for high-performance bike purchases.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our bikes come with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on original components against manufacturing defects.
